To prevent misuse, each return request will be reviewed individually.
For hygiene reasons, only items that are unused, intact, and in their original packaging may be returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • Requests must be made by email to: [email protected]

  • Products must then be returned within 7 days after the withdrawal request is accepted.

  • Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

⚠️ The right of withdrawal only applies to products that are:

  • complete,

  • unused,

  • free from any signs of wear,

  • in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Any incomplete, damaged, or soiled product will be refused and will not qualify for a refund.

FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS

  • Shipping is free for all orders of €25 or more.

  • In the case of a partial return that brings the order total below this threshold, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • This rule applies only when the return is initiated by the customer (withdrawal without product defect).

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Any issue (wrong item, damaged parcel, or missing products) must be reported upon receipt.

  • We will then initiate the necessary steps with the carrier.

  • In cases of force majeure (strike, fire, disaster, etc.), our responsibility cannot be engaged.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Defective or non-compliant product: return costs are covered by us.

  • Voluntary withdrawal (without product defect): return costs are borne by the customer.

However, the Shibari Boutique and Seb Kinbaku cannot be held liable in the following cases:

  • Improper or unsafe use, without respecting safety guidelines.

  • Lack of maintenance, negligence, accident, or misuse.

  • Failure to comply with local laws regarding the delivered products.
